About Me

                My name is Kefah, and one of the things I love to do most is working with children!  I truly enjoy working with children because of thier expanding minds and creative outlook. Being a mother myself, I have a very good idea of what parents are looking for when searching for the perfect day care, and understand all the concerns parents might have. 

 

             I know how important it is to make sure our children become exposed to safe, fun and knowledge-expanding environments. I have worked with kids ages ranging from 18 months to 10 years in various settings such as classrooms and day care centers for over 10 years. I have 9 years of professional childcare experience and 2 years experience with Peekaboo Child Care. I am also a former private school teacher and currently a certified Montessori teacher. 

 

                    I run a fully functioning day care at home and have a fully prepared classroom setting suitable for many ages. 

 

            The number one priority of my day care is the children's safety. My day care is kept clean at all times. Toys, educational activities, blankets and pillows are washed regularly. I am certified in both CPR and First Aid. A police check is also available upon request. The day care environemt is smoke and pet free, and my backyard is fully fenced.
